Scott and I have been going to Isla for over 10 years. Through the years we have brought our children and grandchildren here to experience Isla first hand and everyone has feel in love with Isla Mujeres. Last October 2010, we decided to take a last minute mini vacation and of course came to Isla. During this trip, I went to get some information on the fractional ownership at Ixchel Residences and by the time we left to go home a few days later, we had decided to purchase. Raul and Eduardo with Isla Residences are very informative and thorough. Scott and Lily Lawson Eminence, IN USA I appreciated the fact that they are not high pressure sales. When we went home, over the next several weeks, we would email Raul with many questions and he always responded quickly with an answer. We are very thankful for all their assistance. We returned in September to do the final closing on our villa, thanks to all the hard work of Eduardo and his staff we went home with a copy of our deed. We just finished our first visit to our Ixchel II villa during July 2011, and we had brothers, sisters, children, and grandchildren throughout the month visiting. The villa is very spacious, had everything we needed and we always felt comfortable. Everyone was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, the grounds and the villa. The front desk staff, the maids, and all the restaurant staff were friendly, very accommodating and always greeted us. I can’t say enough about Mauricio. He always went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted during our stay. The location of our villa couldn’t be in a more perfect location, Playa Norte which is the most beautiful beach on the Isla, with the most spectacular sunsets and the weather is perfect. It is also within minutes of walking to restaurants and shopping For our first experience staying at Ixchel, we would say that it was absolutely perfect… we are so glad we made the decision to purchase

“Clay and I did a day trip to Isla Mujeres in Dec. 2004. When we planned a 2 week tropical vacation a few years later, we decided to spend it on Isla. At the end of our 2 weeks, we were making an offer on property – a decision we have never regretted!

As owners in Ixchel II, we have the best of both worlds. We have a holiday escape to a fantastic location, easily accessed from most North American airports, and, when we aren’t there, our unit goes into the rental pool and generates a good, self-sustaining income for us. Because the building operates as a hotel, we know it is always well maintained by the excellent, friendly staff there.

We love the spacious, comfortable accommodations, incredibly gorgeous views, wonderful beach and swimming area, and the easy access to downtown. Having a kitchen allows us to maintain a ‘normal’ diet and we enjoy breakfast and lunch on the balcony, gazing out at the azure blue water! After a day on the beach, we always look forward to our margarita while watching the sun set! Our hardest decision of the day becomes what local restaurant to visit – there are so many excellent choices!

We consider our purchase at Ixchel II to be one of the best decisions we’ve made – and look forward with anticipation to our next trip ‘home’ to Isla!”

“Ron and I would definitely recommend Eduardo and his company Life Style Marketing Group to anyone considering purchasing property in Mexico. Ron and I were contemplating buying a vacation house/condo or fractional ownership, but were certain we would never buy a time share. We attended time share presentations in the past and vowed to never attend another. We then met Eduardo and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism. Eduardo is completely fluent in speaking and writing English which made it very easy for us to negotiate any kind of transaction. We were allowed to take all the information home to Canada, perform reference checks in the States and Canada that were already owners of the complex and we were welcome to hire a lawyer in Mexico to help us with the contract.
