(except Sundays).

Your exclusive ownership also provides the option of reciprocal-stays at
current and future Ixchel Residences destinations. Since your ownership is
deeded, it is not only yours to enjoy for a lifetime, it is yours in
perpetuity and, as such, may be bequeathed to your heirs.

Maintenance

As a valued Owner of Ixchel Residences you experience all the benefits of
Second Home Ownership with none of the usual burdens like fixing the a/c,
doors, cleaning, security, etc, paying the bills, supervising the renters
damage, replacing furniture and many other daily burdens. Your residence is
your retreat from everyday cares and concerns!

Your Investment

Ixchel Residences are located near multi-million dollar second-homes that
sit empty for up to eleven months of the year. The upkeep and security for
these homes are funded year round, even when unoccupied.

By comparison, Ixchel Residences Owners pay only a pro-rata share of
operating costs through a single, predictable Annual Dues payment,
proportionate to their usage allotment.
